An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 8209 Lantern Lane from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District
to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single
Family Residential 2) District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) District:
All that tract or parcel of land lying in and being part of Land Lot 274, 19th
District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia being more particularly described
as follows: Commence at an iron stake marking the intersection of the westerly
line of Lantern Lane and the southerly line of Eden Street; thence South 86
