Subject: (REZN-06-10-4363) Request to amend the text of the Unified Development
Ordinance (UDO) to create a new permitted use and definition: ambulance
service. Any reference to ambulances in the definition of dispatch agency or
office shall also be removed.

APPLICATION
Request to amend the text of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to create
a new permitted use and definition: ambulance service. Any reference to
ambulances in the definition of dispatch agency or office shall also be removed.
PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT
PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission (PAC) considered this text amendment at their
meeting on June 16, 2010. The PAC recommended approval with an amendment:
Ambulance services shall be permitted in GC as a Special Exception Use.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Department recommends approval as submitted.
