AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, BY

ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ALONG HIGHLAND PINES DR, AUTHORIZING THE

INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING SAID PARKING

RESTRICTIONS, REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



That it shall be unlawful for any person to park or rank a vehicle for any

time, along any portion of the following described street segment by

establishing a No Parking Zone:



Highland Pines Dr, on both the north and south edges of Highland Pines Dr,

beginning at Fortson Rd and running westerly for a distance of 240 feet.



SECTION 2



That the official traffic control signs indicating said parking limits shall be

installed for the roadway segment described herewith in Sections 1.



SECTION 3



That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are

hereby repealed.
