notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department did recieved one

inquiry concerning this rezoning request.



Additional Information: 1. All development along the border of Stone Creek Subdivision shall

be single family residential.

2. All single family lots shall meet the following minimum dimensions:

5,000 square foot lot area

50 foot lot widths

5 foot side setbacks

20 foot rear setbacks
