An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 3606 Woodland Drive from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning
district to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single
Family Residential 2) zoning district to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4)
zoning district:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
State of Georgia, County of Muscogee, City of Columbus, and being more
particularly known and distinguished as all of lot 1071, as said lot appears
upon a map or plat entitled "Replat of Lot 107. Block' A', Replat of Part of
Lot 8, Block' A'. Alta Vista Subdivision, Lying in Land Lots 114 & 115, Coweta
Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc.,
Inc, dated November 24,2009 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Georgia in Plat Book 162, Folio 172.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
13th day of April, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of , 2010 and adopted at said meeting
