WHEREAS, Mrs. Sybil E. McCloud, former employee with the Parks & Recreation
Department died on June 4, 2006;
WHEREAS, Mrs. McCloud retired on February 28, 1982 after serving 7 years with
the Parks & Recreation Department.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby convey to the family of Mrs. Sybil E. McCloud our sincere condolences
and deepest sympathy. Mrs. McCloud was an outstanding employee with the Parks
