I. CONSOLIDATED PLAN - ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (UPDATE):



Authorization is requested for filing the Annual Action Plan Update and

Applications for federal assistance with the Federal Department of Housing and

Urban Development requesting entitlement funding for the Community Development

Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). An agenda

report and resolution are attached.

II. 2009 RECOVERY ACT VICTIM SERVICES GRANT:



Authorization is requested to accept, if awarded a 2009 Recovery Act Victim

Services Grant from Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for $40,000 to create

two temporary contractual positions in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit

Victim Witness Assistance Program. An agenda report and resolution are

Scope of RFB

Provide an SMD Rework Station to the Radio Communications Shop of the Traffic

Engineering Division.



June 10, 2009

1. Ammunition for Public Safety Departments (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 09-0048

Scope of RFB

Provide ammunition and munitions of various types and quantities on an ?as

needed? basis to Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) to be utilized by

the Public Safety Departments. The contract term will be for two (2) years

with option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.



June 12, 2009

1. Juvenile Drug Court Treatment Providers ? RFP No. 09-0023

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government, Juvenile Drug Court, is seeking proposals

from qualified providers to partner with to provide treatment to Drug Court

participants in the following areas: Anger Management, Crisis Intervention and

Individual and Family Counseling. The term of the contract will be for one (1)

year.



June 24, 2009

1. Pest Control Services (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 09-0043

Scope of RFB

Provide pest control services for eighty-nine (89) City owned buildings.

Contract requirements include the control of pests including: mites, ticks,

spiders, rodent, roaches, ants, reptiles and etc. The contract period will be

for two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional

twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.
