AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance amending certain sections of the Columbus Code and changing
miscellaneous fees for Inspections & Codes and Planning Departments that were
recommended by the Council Budget Review Committee for the FY 2012 budget.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1.
Effective July 1, 2011, the listed fees for Inspections & Codes and Planning
Departments will change as listed in Section 2.

Section 3.
The fees listed in this Ordinance for Inspections & Codes and Planning
Departments are hereby adopted and shall become effective on July 1, 2011.
Section 4.
Payment for these services will be due at time of request.
Section 5.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
