Description Mr. William Wright addressed Mayor and Council on the Public Agenda.
Points were made on the length of time that persons are incarcerated in jail
without having met with a Public Defender. A request was made for information
on the ?72 Hour Policy? to be given to Council. (Request of Mayor Tomlinson)
