The term of office Mr. J. Philip Thayer on the Board of Water
Commissioners will expire on December 31, 2013. The State Act that established
this board requires its members to be appointed in July for a term of office
beginning the following January.
Mr. Thayer was appointed to serve on the board back in 2006 succeeding Mr.
Leon Siegel. He is not eligible to succeed himself as this will be the end of
his second full term of office when his term expires in December 2013.
Members of this board are appointed exclusively by the Council.
Enclosed, is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current
members on this board.
