to a company now in bankruptcy. The owner does not have the authority to do

anything on the property because of environmental issues.

11-17-05 Permits to repair purchased.



5-2-06 Repairs nearly complete, work ceased.



11-06 Advised attorney to keep plate glass windows boarded up and building

secured. (This was done several times over the past two years.)



2-21-08 No further progress toward completion of repairs. Building shows signs

of neglect and deterioration again. Attorney advises that owner does not have

plans for the building.
