I. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BOULEVARD - THREE LANE STRIPING: Click link to

Authorization is requested to implement the striping of Martin Luther

King Jr. Boulevard to a three lane roadway, with bicycle lanes, from Buena

Vista Road to 10th Avenue as part of the resurfacing project for this road. An

agenda report, maps and resolution are attached.





II. UNITED STATES ARMY CYS STRONG PROGRAM (ASPYN): Click link to access

Authorization is requested to accept $145,000 and any additional funds

that may be awarded in fiscal years 2015 and 2016 from the United States Army

Strong (ASPYN) Program and amend the Multi-Governmental Fund by the award.

Funds will be used to offset direct care equipment and materials, training,

administrative expenses and direct program staff cost at accreditation sites

and any other site with military children enrolled in the CSD program of the

Columbus Parks and Recreation Department. An agenda report and resolution are

attached.

Scope of RFB

Provide heating and refrigeration supplies on an ?as needed basis? to be picked

up and delivered to Columbus Consolidated Government. The contract period will

be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional

twelve-month periods.

Scope of Bid

Provide stone for the Public Works Department on an ?as needed basis?. The

Provide proposal for 457 deferred compensation plan for Columbus

the Public Safety Departments. The contract term will be for two (2) years

Scope of Bid

Seeking vendors to provide and install Automatic Announcement Systems

for METRA Transit System buses. Contract shall be for two (2) years with the

option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.



March 6, 2015

1. Aquatic Facility Management of the Columbus Aquatic Center (Annual Contract)

? RFP No. 15-0023

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 6, 2015.

Attendees shall convene at the entrance of the Columbus Aquatic Center, which

is located at 1603 Midtown Drive. Vendors will be allowed a 10-minute grace

period. Any vendor who is not present in front of the building within 10

minutes after the time slated for the beginning of the mandatory site visit

shall not be allowed to participate any further in the RFP process.



March 13, 2015

1. Parking Fee Collection Services (Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 15-0014

Scope of RFP

Provide proposal for parking fee collection services at the River

Center Parking Garage on an ?as needed basis? for Department of

Transportation/METRA, and the Columbus Civic Center at selected events as

determined by the Civic Center Director. Contract term shall be for one year

with the option to renew for four (4) additional twelve-month periods.



2. Consulting Services for Employee Benefit Plan (Annual Contract) ?

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government is evaluating the option of selecting

a benefits management firm to strategically plan, broker, implement, and

support our employee benefits programs. Contract term shall be for one

year with the option to renew for four (4) additional twelve-month periods.



March 18, 2015

1. South Lumpkin Multi-use Trail ? RFB No. 15-0025

Scope of RFB

Construct a multi-use trail beginning on Matheson Road and ending at Cusseta

Road. The gross length of the project is 2.090 miles. The project shall be

constructed as per Georgia Department of Transportation Standard

Specifications, 2013 Edition, as approved by the Federal Highway Administration

and as modified by contract documents.

1. Aquatic Facility Management of the Columbus Aquatic Center (Annual Contract)

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals, from qualified

firms, for the management of the Columbus Aquatic Center, to include:

staffing, water maintenance, supervision and programming; as well as, Pro-Shop

and Concession management. The term of the contract will be one (1) year with

the option to renew for nine (9) additional twelve-month periods.
