AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 2622 Wynnton Road, 1315 South Dixon Drive and 1321 South Dixon Drive
from RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) zoning district to RO (Residential
Office) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from RMF2
(Residential Multi Family 2) zoning district to RO (Residential Office) zoning
district:
All that tract and parcel of land in Muscogee County, Georgia, situate, lying
and being in Land Lot 93 of the Coweta Reserve of said state and county, as
shown on a map or plat of the Lands of Marshall Morton and Standard Club of
Columbus, Inc. which survey is recorded in Plat Book 3, Folio 51 in the office
of the aforesaid Clerk, and being more particularly described as follows:
commence at a point on the south side of Macon Road, which point is 170 feet
west of the point where the south margin of Macon Road intersects the west line
of Dixon Drive South, if extended, and also being the northwest corner of
Parcel A as shown on the above referenced survey, a distance of 170 feet;
running thence in a northeast direction and at right angles to said dividing
line along the northwesterly line of Lot14, Block A, Briarwood, as said lot is
shown on a survey of Block A, Briarwood recorded in Plat Book 6, Folio 44 in
the office of the aforesaid Clerk, a distance of 170 feet, more or less, to the
west line of Dixon Drive South, and said line extended, to the south side of
Macon Road; running thence southwesterly along the south side of Macon Road, a
distance of 170 feet to the point of beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
13th day of April, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the _____ day of __ , 2010 and adopted at said meeting by
the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
