An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 3502 Kay Circle from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) District to
GC (General Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing .35 acres of the following described property from
SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District to GC (General Commercial) District:
All that parcel of land being known as Lot 1, Block "C", Replat of Clifton
Woods, lying in Land Lot 114, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia.
Said Parcel being more particularly described as follows:
The Point of Beginning of Lot 1, Block "C", Clifton Woods, as herein described
begins at an iron pin that marks the south right-of-way line of Kay Circle and
the division line between Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Block "C", Clifton Woods. From
said Point of Beginning thence along said division line S OOd17' 29" E a
distance of 171.93fteet. to an iron pin; thence N 89d 55' 16"W a distance of
79.97 feet to an iron pin marking the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block "C" and
the east right-of way line of Box Road; thence preceding along a curved line in
a northerly direction along a curve having a radius of 999.35 feet and an arc
distance ft 147.51 feet to an iron pin marking the intersection of two curved
lines; thence from said iron pin preceding along a curved line in a northerly,
northeasterly and easterly direction along a curve having a radius of 26.15
feet an arc distance of 40.28 feet to an iron pin located on the southern
right-of-way line of Kay Circle; thence N 89d 49' 19" E a distance of 48.00'
ft. to an iron pin and the Point of Beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
14th day of July, 2009; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of , 2009 and adopted at said meeting by
