AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance amending Section 3-1 of the Columbus Code to revise requirements
for a traditional restaurant by deleting subsection 3-1(ee)(10), repealing any
ordinances in conflict therewith; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 3-1 of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by deleting subsection
3-1(ee)(10).
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
