The terms of office of Mr. William Baird, Mr. Terry Hattaway and Mr.
Joseph Powell on the Land Bank Authority has expired. All three are eligible to
succeed themselves for another term of office. Mr. Rob Doll has resigned from
the board.
The position of Mr. Doll and Mr. Powell are the Mayor?s appointments. The
Council appoints Mr. Baird and Mr. Hattaway?s successors.
Mr. Hattaway is the only board member who resides in Senatorial District 15.
There are no women serving on this board.
I have enclosed a copy of the current members serving on this board.
