Rosa,
If you are only doing an update/presentation, you will not need to do a Red
Sheet. I will just place you down on the City Manager?s agenda under
Presentations and Updates.
If you will be doing an agenda report and resolution, then yes you will need to
complete the Action Summary Sheet (red sheet) and make sure to attach the
agenda report and resolution to the form.

Hello Teasha and Lynda,
I need your help. Rick and I will need to be placed on Council?s agenda
January 9, 2017. We will brief Council on the new TSPLOST service implemented
in October 2016 and providing a one year update. We basically will be
informing Council that we will begin the Public meeting process and coming back
to them with recommendations in late February. Rick will take the lead. I
would like to complete the Redsheet tomorrow (Friday), unless you think next
week is best.
