I. 2012 VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT (VOCA) CONTINUATION GRANT PROGRAM:
Authorization is requested to submit an application, and if approved,
accept a $84,838 grant from the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council
along with $18,549 from the 5% Crime Victim Surcharge Funds allocated in the
FY13 Budget to fund the Crime Victim Assistance Program October 1, 2012 to

I. GEORGIA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION COUNCIL - ADULT FELONY DRUG COURT:
Authorization is requested to submit an application, and if approved,

for the operation of the Muscogee County Adult Felony Drug Court in Superior

II. GEORGIA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION COUNCIL - JUVENILE DRUG COURT GRANT:
Authorization is requested to submit a grant, and if approved, accept

operation of the Muscogee County Juvenile Drug Court from October 1, 2012 to

III. GEORGIA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION COUNCIL - MENTAL HEALTH COURTS
GRANTS:
Authorization is requested to submit two grant applications, and if
approved, accept $250,000 from the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating
Council for Judge Allen's Court in the amount of $125,000 and Judge Rumer's
Court in the amount of $125,000 for the operation of two Muscogee County Mental
Health Courts from October 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 and authorize to enter into
a contract with New Horizons Community Service Board for services. An agenda

V. STREET ACCEPTANCE- THAT PORTION OF PEBBLEBROOK LANE LOCATED IN
ADDITION TO SECTION TWO, RIVERBROOK:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to that portion
of Pebblebrook Lane located in Addition to Section Two, Riverbrook. The
Department of Engineering has inspected this street and recommends the

Scope of RFB
Provide repair/rebuild services for various types of transmissions for METRA
Transit System on an ?as needed? basis. The contract period will be for three
years with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.

1. Stair Remodel at Columbus Civic Center
Scope of RFB
The work includes, but is not limited to, selective structure demolition,
tiling, tile carpeting and high-performance coatings.
Contractors desiring to visit the site may do so during the hours of 8:00 AM ?
5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Columbus Civic Center is located at 400
4th Street, Columbus GA 31901. In order to allow adequate time to address any
questions resulting from the site visits, contractors must visit the site no
later than (5) business days before the due date. Contractors are not required
to visit the site.
2. Lot Clearing Services (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 13-0016
Scope of RFB
Provide services for annual clearing of vacant or unoccupied lots, including
cutting and removing grass, weeds, undergrowth and other vegetation, and
removing any and all solid waste for the City, as required by law, on an ?as
needed basis?. The contract term shall be for two years, with the option to
renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be
contingent upon the mutual agreement of the city and the Contractor (s).
3. Professional Sign Making and Erecting Services for Alcohol Beverage

1. High Speed Rail Feasibility Study ? RFP No. 13-0005
Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government (CCG), in cooperation with the Georgia
Department of Transportation (GDOT) and the Federal Rail Administration (FRA),
will prepare a feasibility study. The project will consist of eight main
components designed to assess the feasibility of developing (High Speed Rail)
HSR along the Atlanta-Columbus corridor.
2. Inspection Services for Rehabilitative Housing (Annual Contract) ? RFP No.
13-0007
Scope of RFP
Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with inspection services for
rehabilitative housing, including: single and multi-family structures and
commercial rehabilitation on an ?as needed basis?. The contract term shall be
for two years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month
periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the

3. Legal Counsel of Record for the Department of Community Reinvestment (Annual

Scope of RFP
