Muscogee Manor has requested to amend the Unified Development Ordinance to
allow Convalescent or Nursing Facility to the MROD (Mill Restoration Overlay
District) zoning district as a principal use.

All subsequent uses listed under 2.5.18.B.3 shall shift down a letter
designation, i.e. (H) Convenience Store, No Gas Sales will become (I)
Convenience Store, No Gas Sales, and so on.
