for rezoning from SFR2 (Single Residential 2) District to SFR3 (Single Family

Residential 3) District. (68-A-06-Horace Senior Construction Company)

(Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning

Division recommends approval)



(2) 2nd Reading - Rezoning property located at 8121-1 Old Pope Road is proposed

for rezoning from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) District to SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2) District. (70-CA-06-Erickson) (Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning

Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Division recommends

conditional approval)



(3) 2nd Reading - Rezoning property located at 8271 & 8201 Midland Road and

8111, 8091 and 8101 Old Pope Road is proposed for rezoning from RE1

(Residential Estate 1) District to SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Districts

with conditions to RE1 (Residential Estate 1) and SFR2 (Single Family

Division in accordance with the attached Tabulation of Bid sheet. (Councilor

(5) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 4000 Wooldridge Road is proposed

for rezoning from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) District to LMI (Light

Manufacturing/Industrial) District. (67-CA-06-Ford) (Councilor McDaniel) (The

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional

approval) (Delayed from the November 7, 2006 meeting)



(6) 1st Reading - An ordinance providing for the demolition of structures

located at:

(1) 4100 Cusseta Road, Building 20 (Kitty E. MacClachlan, owner) and for

demolition services for the Inspections and Code Division in accordance with

the attached Tabulation of Bid sheet. (Councilor McDaniel)





R E S O L U T I O N S:



(8) Commending and congratulating students from the Carver High School

Diversified Cooperative Training Program (DCT) upon working as poll workers in

various precincts at the recent November 7, 2006 General Election. (Councilor
