The current terms of office of Mr. Ray Brinegar, III, Mr. Tom Moore and
Mr. Perry Borom, Jr., would be expiring on March 31, 2012.
Mr. Brinegar and Mr. Moore have only served one full term of office;
therefore, both are eligible to serve another three-year term. Mr. Borom would
be completing his second consecutive full term of office; therefore, he is not
eligible to serve another term. All three members are appointed by the Council.
We have enclosed a copy of the data sheet on this board and a listing of
the current board members.
