Foreclosure
Pursuant to City Council Ordinance 12-6, adopted on January 24, 2012 and
O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-75, the Land Bank Authority has selected the following
properties for which they will begin the In Rem Foreclosure process:
1334 - 24th Street (028-008-036)
2413 - 14th Avenue (029-041-040)
2417 - 14th Avenue (029-041-041)
2419 - 14th Avenue (029-041-042)
2421 - 14th Avenue (029-041-043)
2423 - 14th Avenue(029-041-044)
1418 - 25th Street (029-048-006)
1510 - 25th Street (029-049-006)
1512 - 24th Street (028-006-006)
2414 - 14th Avenue (029-048-009)
Per the Ordinance, the Land Bank Authority must notify Council of properties
chosen through a vote of the Authority. Once Council is notified, the Tax
Assessor will begin the process of In Rem Foreclosure. All of the selected
properties are located in the East Highlands Neighborhood.
