Ladies,
We have scheduled the Target Zero Visit for the first week of June,
particularly the executive branch meeting which is scheduled for the 8th at
3:00 p.m. I need to know if we need to move this visit up a couple of weeks
are the City Manager and Deputy City Manager's calendars open to where they can
be present for this meeting, June 22, 2015? Secondly, Teasha, we will need to
move the community room to Wednesday, June 24, 2015, same time if possible for
the Town Hall Meeting and we would need to get on the agenda to present to
Council on the 23rd.
I wanted to let you all know as soon as possible of this possible change. I'm
still waiting to confirm with the Target Zero delegation coming.
