AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16-17, THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2016,
BEGINNING JULY 1, 2016, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2017, FOR CERTAIN POSITIONS OF THE
CONSOLIDATED GOVERNMENT OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 16-17 and the Position Classification Plan are hereby
amended, effective October 31,2016, to add the following reclassifications:
Job Title: Permit Technician to Communications Officer (Title Change Only)
Pay Grade/Salary: From G10A - $27,716.96 to G10A - $27,716.96
Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Office Manager
Pay Grade/Salary: From G12M - $41,145.98 to G14A - $33,770.43
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.

13th day of September, 2016; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the 27th day of September, 2016, and adopted at said
