A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY FEES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED
FOR LEGAL SERVICES RENDERED REGARDING VARIOUS CITY ISSUES DURING FISCAL YEAR
2014.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney and Finance Director are hereby authorized to
pay contingent attorney fees to Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford, P.C.;
Jacob Beil; Robert R. Lomax; Hatcher, Stubbs, Land, Hollis and Rothschild; and
Troutman Sanders which may be incurred for legal services rendered regarding
various issues during Fiscal Year 2014. Funds are available in the FY14 Budget:
General Fund - City Attorney - Consulting; 0101-120-1000-ATTY-6315.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia,
held the 13th day of August, 2013 and adopted at said meeting by the
