I. CONTRACT FOR 14TH STREET PLAZA:
Authorization is requested to enter into an agreement with the Georgia
Department of Transportation (GDOT) for funding the construction of the 14th
Street Plaza. GDOT will provide 80 percent of the construction cost with the
local match of 20 percent. An agenda report, contract and resolution are

II. FY2016 GRANT APPLICATION FOR CAPITAL AND PLANNING ASSISTANCE:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,
accept a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant for $1,646,614 and a
Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) grant for $310,794 for capital,
planning and operating, total of $1,957,408 or otherwise awarded. An agenda

III. GEORGIA ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE (GACP) REIMBURSEMENT GRANT AND
REPLACEMENT MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS:
Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,
accept a $20,000 reimbursement grant offered by the Georgia Association of
Chiefs of Police (GACP) and further authorize the purchase of four (4) MW810
mobile data computers from Motorola in the amount of $22,984, and amend the
Multi-Governmental Fund by the $20,000 award. This approval is related to item
V(G) on the city manager's purchasing agenda. An agenda report and resolution

IV. DONATION OF TORO UTILITY VEHICLE TO COOPER CREEK TENNIS CENTER:
Authorization is requested to accept a donation of a Toro Utility
Vehicle valued at $3500 for Cooper Creek Tennis Center. An agenda report and

Scope of RFB
Construct a multi-use trail beginning on Matheson Road and ending at Cusseta
Road. The gross length of the project is 2.090 miles. The project shall be
constructed as per Georgia Department of Transportation Standard
Specifications, 2013 Edition, as approved by the Federal Highway Administration
and as modified by contract documents.

Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting proposals from
qualified firms for the Implementation of the ArcGIS for Land Records
Solution. The Columbus Consolidated Government seeks to hire a single firm to
transform the CCG?s GIS parcel map database that is derived from existing
Geodatabase format.

Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals, from qualified
firms, for a Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) controlled compaction
management software system. The Public Works Department will use the system
for the City?s owned and operated putrescible and construction & demolition
landfills.
