Good news, as I was telling Jon by phone, I got word from Greg Fender today
that Quantum Wireless has agreed to satisfactory terms on the lease to install
a wireless antenna system for the Civic Center. I am attaching the final form
of the agreement for your final review. Jon has suggested that we take this to
Council for approval on the 5th of December. Greg will make sure that Quantum
will be present to answer any questions about the project.
Let me know how you want to proceed to get it ready for the City Manager?s
agenda.
