An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 2730 Lakeview Drive from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District
to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single
Family Residential 2) District to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as PARCEL "A", as said
parcel is shown upon a map or plat entitled "PARCEL A. B, C. D E, F & G, REPLAT
OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, PART OF BLOCK M, VICTORY HEIGHTS" prepared by French &
Associates and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Georgia in Plat Book 91, Page 65, to which reference is made
for the specific dimensions and location of said Parcel "A". Situated upon said
property is dwelling numbered 2730 Lakeview Drive, according to the present
system of numbering dwellings in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
26th day of May, 2009; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of ________, 2009 and adopted at said meeting
by the affirmative vote of ________ members of said Council.
