TO THE CITY MANAGER:

PROPOSED FORD REZONING:

As it relates to the petitioner using property as an organic dumping site,

dumping grass clippings, etc. in this area, let?s make sure we get the

engineers to report on this issue and to make sure that there are not any

fertilizers that would be dumped associated with this organic dumping site,

dumped in soil, which would have an effect on or leak into our water system.

(Request of Councilor Allen)

Also, have the legal staff to check and see if there are any Georgia or Federal

laws that may impact on this matter. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)

ENGINEERING FEES:

Once the ordinance has been approved for the new fees, let?s make sure

that we have them scrolled on CCG-TV. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff) Also,

let?s have these fees advertised in the newspaper. (Request of Councilor

McDaniel)

HEATH DRIVE:

Have the staff to do some research and provide a report as to why there

were no sidewalks put on Heath Drive when we did the sidewalk project; as there

are a lot of children that walk to school from their driveway to River Road.

Let?s determine if we can have sidewalks put in on this street. (Request of

Councilor McDaniel)

LANDFILL TIPPING FEES:

Have the staff to provide to the Council, a copy of the report that shows

any monies that have been collected from those vendors who have said they will

pay those landfill tipping fees that they owe; as well as provide a report as

to how much has been collected. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

PROPOSED BAKER VILLAGE PROJECT:

Have the staff to bring the executive director, as well as the consultant

Let?s make sure that the Administration get the State Legislators involved

Department of Transportation that all of the comments needs to be attached to

it when it goes up to them. Also, let?s make sure that we put something in

there, as it relates to Ford Drive because their proposal is to cul-de-sac Ford
