O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading ? An ordinance Amending Chapter 2 of the Columbus Code by
amending the terms of members of the Retiree Health Benefit Committee; and for
other purposes. (Mayor Pro-Tem Pugh)
(2) 1st Reading ? An ordinance amending and updating Chapter 8 of the Columbus
Code pertaining to Building and Code Inspections to be consistent with State
and professional codes; to consolidate certain provisions previously found in
the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO); and for other purposes. (Mayor
Pro-Tem Pugh)
(3) 1st Reading - An ordinance amending the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)
for Columbus, Georgia so as to amend certain sections of the Unified
Development Ordinance of Columbus, Georgia so as to alter Chapter 10 Article 8
and Chapter 8 Article 9. The Planning Department recommends approval. (Mayor
