O R D I N A N C E S:



(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 1300 6th Avenue are proposed for rezoning

from LMI (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) District to GC (General Commercial)

District. (52-A-07-Reaves/Mize) (Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is

offices. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend

approval.



(2) 2nd Reading - Property located at 6890 River Road are proposed for rezoning

from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1)/RO (Residential-Office) District to RO

(Residential-Office) District. (54-CA-07-LRW Group, LLC) (Councilor McDaniel)

The proposed use is offices. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning

Division recommend conditional approval.



(3) 2nd Reading - Property located at 1510 and 1516 22nd Street and 2002, 2008

and 2010 15th Avenue are proposed for rezoning from RMF1 (Residential

Multi-Family 1) District to RO (Residential Office) District. (51-A-07-Hocutt)

(Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is expansion of the Pastoral Institute.

The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend approval.



(4) 2nd Reading - Property located at 1500, 1502 & 1512 Dixon Drive and 1507

Wells Drive are proposed for rezoning from RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2)

District and SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District to RMF2 (Residential

Multi-Family 2) District. (52-CA-07-HocuttFlint Partners, LLC) (Councilor

McDaniel) The proposed use is apartment complex. The Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional approval. (As

amended)
