AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A ?NO PARKING ANYTIME? ZONE ALONG THE ENTIRE CURB LENGTH ON THE WESTERN AND
EASTERN CURB INCLUDING THE CUL-DE-SAC OF CHATTSWORTH COURT; AUTHORIZING THE
INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING THESE PARKING
RESTRICTIONS; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS GEROGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
A ?No Parking Anytime? zone shall be established along the western and eastern
curb of Chattsworth Court beginning at the north right-of- way line of
Chattsworth Road at its intersection with Chattsworth Court and running to the
northern most point curb in the cul-de-sac for an approximate distance of 1020
feet.
SECTION II.
That it shall be unlawful for any person to park or rank a vehicle along
Chattsworth Court at anytime.
SECTION III.
Official traffic control signs shall be installed to indicate the ?No Parking
Anytime? zone described in Section 1.
SECTION IV.
All ordinances and parts of any ordinance in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.

13th day of September 2016; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
