I. GEORGIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY/GEORGIA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION HOMELAND

SECURITY GRANT - MOBILE BIOMETRIC FINGERPRINT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM:



Authorization is requested to submit an application, and if approved,

accept a grant from the Georgia Emergency Management Agency and Georgia Bureau

of Investigation for acquisition and deployment of five (5) Mobile Biometric

Fingerprint Identification devices (Rapid ID) from a reimbursable grant of

$21,350.53 for the Muscogee County Marshal?s Office. An agenda report and

II. MUSCOGEE COUNTY ADULT FELONY DRUG COURT - CONSULTANT SERVICES:



Approval is requested to enter into a contract with Lauren Mescon to provide

consulting services to the Muscogee County Adult Felony Drug Court utilizing

$6,936 funded from a previously approved and accepted grant from the Criminal

Justice Coordinating Council. An agenda report and resolution are attached.

III. ABANDONMENT PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT - REAR PORTION OF

1008 EDEN STREET:



Approval is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Mike Massey for

abandonment of a three (3) foot wide section along the northern edge of the

existing ten (10) foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 39, Block "P"

Meadow Run Subdivision to construct a 18ft x 30 ft. metal structure on a

concrete slab in the rear of property. An agenda report, map and resolution are

1. High Speed Rail Feasibility Study ? RFP No. 13-0005

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government (CCG), in cooperation with the Georgia

Department of Transportation (GDOT) and the Federal Rail Administration (FRA),

will prepare a feasibility study. The project will consist of eight main

components designed to assess the feasibility of developing (High Speed Rail)

HSR along the Atlanta-Columbus corridor.

2. Professional Surveying Services/Finance Department Revenue Division

(Annual Contract) ? RFP No. 13-0013

Scope of RFP

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with professional surveying services

in conjunction with the application process for an alcoholic Beverage License

on an ?as needed basis?. The contract term shall be for two years, with the

option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods. Contract

renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the city and the

Contractor (s).

Scope of RFP

Provide professional service to perform safety inspections of taxicabs on an
