An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 2140 South Lumpkin Road from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3)
District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department
of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by
changing the following described property from SFR3 (Single Family Residential
3) District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District:
All that lot, tract, and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED ONE
(1), in BLOCK ?D?, of that certain subdivision of land known as LUMPKIN
TERRACE, as said lots appear on a map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 6, Folio 185, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the specific location
and dimensions of said lot.
The above-described property is being rezoned with the following condition:
Ingress / egress shall be permitted to South Lumpkin Road only.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
16th day of January, 2007; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the day of __________, 2007 and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
