(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-07-17-1346: An ordinance rezoning approximately 3.37
acres at 3716 Gentian Boulevard (Parcel # 069-024-002) from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) to GC (General Commercial). The Planning Advisory Commission and
Planning Department recommend approval. (Councilor Baker)
(2) 1st Reading - An Ordinance amending Chapter 5 of the Columbus Code to
revise provisions pertaining to rabies vaccination and animal registration; and

(3) A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with Georgia
Probation Services, Inc. for probation services for defendants convicted in the
Superior Court of Muscogee County. (Request of Superior Court Judges)
(4) A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with Georgia
Probation Services, Inc. for probation services for defendants convicted in the
Municipal Court of Columbus. (Request of Municipal Court Judge)
