An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3351 and part of 3361 North Lumpkin Road from LMI (Light

Manufacturing / Industrial) and GC (General Commercial) District to RMF2

(Residential Multi-Family 2) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department of

Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by

changing the following described property from LMI (Light Manufacturing /

Industrial) and GC (General Commercial) District to RMF2 (Residential

Multi-Family 2) District:



Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot ?B? of the Milner-Flournoy Property

(see Plat Book 108, Folio 35), said point being the point of beginning; thence

running N 74 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds E a distance of 608.42 feet to a

point; thence running N 41 degrees 50 minutes 13 seconds E a distance of 400.02

feet to a point; thence running N 52 degrees 03 minutes 46 seconds W a distance

of 422.50 to a point; thence running N 41 degrees 51 minutes 02 seconds E a

distance of 60.86 feet to a point; thence running S 51 degrees 56 minutes 58

seconds E a distance of 422.50 feet to a point; thence running N 54 degrees 40

minutes 15 seconds E a distance of 275.11 feet to a point; thence running S 67

degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds E a distance of 205.01 feet to a point; thence

The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:

1. The developer shall provide a gated access for emergency and

public safety use only at Betjeman Drive.

20th day of February, 2007; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
