I. COLUMBUS DEPOT TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT GRANT CONTRACT:



Authorization is requested to amend Resolution # 291-08 and enter into

a supplemental contractual agreement with the Georgia Department of

Transportation (GDOT) to correct the previous contract amounts and receive

funds for the restoration and preservation of the Columbus Depot. An agenda

II. NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP):



Authorization is requested to file a substantial amendment to the

Annual Action Plan and make application requesting entitlement funding from the

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) from the Department of Housing and

1. HVAC Upgrade at Government Center Annex ? RFB No. 09-0020

Scope of RFB

Provide HVAC upgrade services for the Government Center Annex. In order to

meet the specified warranty requirements, the Contractor must be trained and

certified for the installation and services of the Variable Refrigerant Flow

Zoning (VRFZ) system specified (Section 15051) for this project.



2. 25 Yard Refuse Collection Bodies ? RFB No. 09-0013

Scope of RFB

Provide two (2) 25 yd refuse collection truck bodies to be used by the Solid

Waste Collection Division of the Public Services Department to pickup household

garbage throughout Muscogee County.
