I. PROPERTY EXCHANGE WITH W.C. BRADLEY - FRONT AVENUE, 11TH STREET AND BAY
AVENUE:
Authorization is requested to execute a property exchange with W.C.
Bradley Company conveying approximately 3,000 sq. ft of right of way on the
south side of 11th Street between Front Avenue and Bay Avenue and 2,000 sq. ft.
of property on Bay Avenue adjacent to the Riverclub for approximately 1.295
acres of property formerly the 1300 block of Front Avenue right-of-way. An

II. LAND LEASE - BAY AVENUE PROPERTY:
Authorization is requested to execute a land lease agreement with
UpTown Columbus, Inc., dba Whitewater LLC for property located at the
intersection of Bay Avenue and 11th Street for the purpose of developing and
operating a recreational venue. An agenda report, map and resolution are

III. ADA TRANSITION PLAN:
Authorization is requested to submit the ADA Transition Plan to the

IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - THAT PORTION OF MASSEE LANE LOCATED IN OLD TOWN
DEVELOPMENT - PHASE ONE:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of that portion of Massee
Lane located in Old Town Development Phase One. The Department of Engineering
has inspected these streets and recommend the acceptance. An agenda report,

Carolyn Tidd is a new employee to General Government; however, she has worked
in the DA?s office for 31 years as a State employee.

1. Cargo Van for Inmates with Van Cell ? RFB No. 14-0025
Scope of Bid
The Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is seeking vendors to provide
one (1) cargo van for inmates with van cell to be used by the Sheriff?s Office
to transport inmates to and from appointments, court and other facilities. It
will also be used to transport facility supplies and equipment as needed.
2. Gym Floor Repairs, Stripping & Sealing (Annual Contract) - RFB No. 14-0026
Scope of Bid
Provide gym floor repairs to include stripping/sealing of wood gym flooring at
Comer Gym, 29th Street Gym, Shirley Winston Gym, Frank D. Chester Gym,
Northside Recreation Center, Carver Park Recreation Center, Pop Austin and
Psalmond Road Recreation Center, also provide stripping and refinishing of
stage area at Comer gym on an ?as needed basis?. The contract term will be for
two years, with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods.

Scope of Bid
Provide and install a generator set at the Government Center. The system shall
include a Caterpillar or Olympian (or equivalent) electric generator set.
Written requests for approval of any materials submitted on this project as
"Equals or Substitutes" for the specified material must be submitted 14 days
