A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF JAMES D. WORSLEY, Ph.D., AS
DIRECTOR OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the recruitment process for the Director of Parks and Recreation
position involved a nationwide search; and,
WHEREAS, a selection committee process was used and James D. Worsley is being
recommended as the Director of Parks and Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to appoint Mr. James D. Worsley as
Director of Parks and Recreation, at a Pay Grade 25 and annual salary of
$85,008.
