AN ORDINANCE
NO.
An ordinance amending Article IV of the Columbus Code by deleting references to
the Double Churches Pool from the scope of the Columbus Aquatics Commission;
and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 4-61 of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by deleting the words ?and
the Double Churches Pool.?
SECTION 2.
Section 4-63(a) of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by deleting the words
?and the Double Churches Pool.?
SECTION 3.
Section 4-63(b)(3) of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by deleting the words
?and Double Churches Pool.?
SECTION 4.
Section 4-63(b)(5) of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by deleting the words
?and Double Churches Pool.?
SECTION 5.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
