An ordinance repealing Columbus Code Section 2-15.2(1) in its entirety,
related to minimum charges for dismissal of cases in Recorder?s Court; and for
other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 2-15.2(1) of the Columbus Code is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.

25th day of October, 2016, introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
