(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 8794 Veterans Parkway is proposed for

rezoning from RE1 (Real Estate 1) zoning district to PUD (Planned Unit

Development) zoning district. (37-CA-10-Yates) (Councilor Allen) The proposed

use is Single Family Residential and Residential Multi-Family. The Planning

Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Department recommends

conditional approval. (Approved)



(2) 2nd Reading - Property located at 7007 Hunter Hill Court is proposed for

rezoning from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning district to SFR3

(Single Family Residential 3 w/conditions) zoning district. (36-CA-10-McClure)

(Councilor Allen) The proposed use is Single Family Residential. The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend conditional approval.

(3) 2nd Reading - Property located at 4328 Buena Vista Road and 930 Reynolds

Road is proposed for rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district

The proposed use is for Retail Store. The Planning Advisory Commission and the

Planning Department recommend approval. (Approved)



(4) 2nd Reading - Property located at 1710 Buena Vista Road is proposed for

rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to RO

(Residential Office) zoning district. (35-A-10-Eddings) (Councilor Allen) The

proposed use is for Medical Business Office. The Planning Advisory Commission

and the Planning Department recommend approval. (Approved)



(5) 2nd Reading - Property located at 7918 Crawford Road is proposed for

rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to SFR3

(Single Family Residential 3) zoning district. (39-A-10-Richardson) (Councilor

McDaniel) The proposed use is for Single Family Residential. The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. (Approved)



(6) 2nd Reading - Property located at Northeast corner of I-185 and Williams

Road is proposed for rezoning from RO (Residential Office with conditions)

zoning district RO (Residential Office with amended conditions) zoning

district. (38-A-10-Flournoy) (Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is for

Residential Multi-Family and Professional Business Offices. The Planning

Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. (Approved)
