I. REDEVELOPMENT PLAN BENNING TECHNOLOGY PARK TAD:



Approval is requested to create tax allocation district #1: Benning

Technology Park; to designate the boundaries of the redevelopment area and tax

allocation district; to establish the tax increment base and adopt a

redevelopment plan for the area; to establish the intent to issue and sell tax

allocation bonds as necessary to effectuate the redevelopment of the area and

for other purposes.





II. FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY:



Approval is requested to execute the Fourth Amended and Restated

Agreement between the City of Columbus, Georgia and QB, L.L.C., a Georgia

limited liability company. The proposed negotiated agreement is a revision in

pricing and a few other terms regarding scheduling from the previous agreement

and an extension of the term of the lease to September 30, 2020. Hockey?s rent

will be fixed at $3,000 for each League Game and Hockey Event in the proposed

agreement.





III. ELECTRONIC FEE PAYMENT AGREEMENT - JUVENILE COURT:



Approval is requested to enter into an agreement with FivePoint

Solutions, LLC to allow electronic payment processing of Juvenile Court fees.

FivePoint will set up a website specific to Juvenile Court for parents to make

secure on-line payments. There will be no expenses on behalf of the City but a

convenience fee of $3 or 5% (whichever is greater) will be charged to the

individual making the payment.

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase four (4) Chevrolet

Tahoe 2WD Police Pursuit Vehicles to be used by the Columbus Police Department.



2. 7 YD Dump Trucks ? RFB No. 16-0012

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase two (2) 7 YD Dump

Trucks to be used by the staff of the Rainwater Management Division.



3. Removal & Recycling/Reuse, Scrap Metal, Bulky Items & Similar Material from

the Columbus Landfill and Other City Locations (Annual Contract) ? RFB No.

16-0004

Scope of Bid

Contractor pays a percentage to the City for the removal of metal, bulky items

and similar material from the Landfill and other City locations.

1. Waste Collection Services (Annual Contract)

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals from waste haulers to

provide waste collection services on an as-needed basis for Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia.



The initial term of the contract will be for five (5) years with the City?s

option to renew for five (5) additional twelve-month periods.

1. BOSE? Sound System for Civic Center ? RFB No. 16-0023

Scope of Bid

Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the

installation of a new Bose? Sound System under the catwalk located at the

Columbus Civic Center, 400 4th Street, Columbus, GA. Bose? is a brand known to

integrate with existing equipment; therefore, the City will consider only Bose?

equipment for this solicitation.
