A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MATTHEW HAUG IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,250.00
FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE SETTLEMENT OF A RISK MANAGEMENT CLAIM RESULTING FROM A
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT.
WHEREAS, the collision occurred October 15, 2007, at the intersection
of Veterans Parkway and 23rd Street that involved a Sanitation truck and two
privately owned vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment to Matthew
Haug in the amount of $19,250.00 as property damage settlement for a Risk
Management claim resulting from a traffic collision. Funds are available in
the FY08 Budget: Risk Management, Uninsured Losses ? Vehicle;

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia,
held the _________ day of _________________, 2007 and adopted at said meeting
