I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FY2014 BUDGET - CDBG/HOME:



Authorization is requested to accept the amended Community Development

Block Grant budget for FY2014 for $1,411,899 and HOME Program grant for

II. ENRICHMENT SERVICES PROGRAM (ESP) QUIT CLAIM DEED - REGENCY DRIVE PROPERTY:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a Quit Claim Deed for

approximately 2.07 acres on Regency Drive that was transferred by Quit Claim

Deed to the Enrichment Services Program. Said property is no longer needed by

Enrichment Services and requesting to return property to the City. An agenda

III. ALLEY QUIT CLAIM DEED LOCATED AT HAMILTON ROAD AND 7TH AVENUE - COLUMBUS

HEALTHCARE RESOURCES, INC.:



Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed for the

alleyway at the connection of Hamilton Road and 7th Avenue to Columbus

Healthcare Resources, Inc., (CHR) to construct a new parking lot for the campus

and improve the aesthetics of the intersection. The alleyway is adjacent to

all sides of Columbus Healthcare Resources Inc. An agenda report, map, Quit

IV. 2014 SEXUAL ASSAULT SERVICES PROGRAM - PRIORITY PROJECT:



Authorization is requested to submit an application and, if approved,

accept a grant for the District Attorney?s Victim-Witness Assistance Program

for $77,860 with no local from the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating

Council as allocated in the FY14 Budget to provide funding for Sexual Assault

Victim Services in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit and specifically in

Chattahoochee County, Harris County, Marion County, Talbot County and Taylor

County from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. An agenda report and

accept a grant for the District Attorney?s Victim-Witness Assistance Program

for $44,265 with no local match, from the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating

Council as allocated in the FY14 Budget to provide funding for Sexual Assault

Victim Services in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit and specifically in

Muscogee County from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. An agenda report

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government wishes to purchase one (1) Mid-Size

Hydraulic Seeder & Mulcher. The equipment will be used to vegetate the

Municipal Solid Waste Landfill as required by the Georgia Environmental

Protection Agency.

1. Cargo Vans (RE-BID) ? RFB No. 13-0067

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is seeking vendors to provide

two (2) cargo vans; one with a van cell for inmates and one without a van cell,

as follows:

Option 1A & 1B: Sheriff?s Office ? one (1) cargo van for inmates with van cell

to be used by the Sheriff?s Office to transport inmates to and from

appointments, court and other facilities. It will also be used to transport

facility supplies and equipment as needed.

Option 2: Information Technology ? one (1) cargo van without van cell.



2. Field Marking Paint (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 13-0064

Scope of Bid

Provide approximately 48 cases of aerosol spray field marking paint and 3,800

gallons of field marking paint to the Park Services Division. The contract

term shall be for two (2) years, with the option to renew for three (3)

additional twelve-month periods.
