An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 1120 Talbotton Road from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning
District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby
amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
Commence at an iron pin at the intersection of the southerly margin of
Talbotton Road and the easterly margin of 11th Avenue which iron pin marks the
POINT OF BEGINNING; and from said POINT OF BEGINNING, thence N 58 degrees 06
minutes 20 seconds E along the southerly margin of Talbotton Road for a
distance of 219.30 feet to an iron pin located at the interception of the
southerly margin of Talbotton Road and the westerly margin of Midland Avenue;
thence run S 28 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds E along the westerly margin of
Midland Avenue for a distance of 195.0 feet to an iron pin; thence run S 61
degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds W for a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron pin;
thence run S 28 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds E for a distance of 136.80 feet
to an iron pin; thence run S 61 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds W for a distance
of 119.0 feet to an iron pin located at the easterly margin of 11th Avenue;
thence run N 28 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds W along the easterly margin of
11th Avenue for a distance of 319.95 feet to the iron pin which marks the POINT
OF BEGINNING.

held on the 25th day of August, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of , 2015 and adopted
at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
