CONSENT AGENDA
ORDINANCES:
1. 2ND Reading - REZN-12-14-2623-Property located at 8223 Cooper Creek Road is
proposed for rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district to RO
(Residential Office) zoning district. (District 6-Councilor Allen) (Applicant
Stephen Coleman) The proposed use is a secondary entrance to the Crossings
located on Veterans Parkway. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning
Department recommend approval.
2. 2ND Reading - An Ordinance to adopt Personal Transportation Vehicle (PTV)
Plan pursuant to state law which will allow the use of PTV?s on designated
street segments in the Uptown area; and for other purposes. (Councilor Davis)
