Additional Information: 1.Woodland Drive is a narrow public road that does not have curb and

gutter nor are there any ditches to channel water run-off.

2.The location of the driveway on proposed lot 1072 is a concern due to site

distance. When accessing Woodland Drive from this lot, the fence line of the

western adjoining property may impair the site distance of ingress/ egress to

the subject property. Due to site distance issues with the proposed lot traffic

engineers may require the driveway to to be placed on the most eastern road

frontage of the lot in relation to the fence.
