Good Morning,
I have listed my notes from Tuesday?s council meeting. Just to note, I will
list you for an update on the City Manager?s agenda.
Iris Tate ? 2813 White Chapel Drive ? We have had a Mr. Corey Jones come over
and see who trees this belong to. He says the tree belong to the City and the
tree damaged our property. On July 2nd limbs fell onto the property and
reported this the next business day. They removed the limbs from the fence and
damaged the fence. Anne Marie sent us a letter denying the request. They
fixed the fence in 2011 and in 2015 but not this time. We sent a letter asking
her to clarify the letter. She claimed this is due to an act of God and we was
not aware of it.
City Manager advised that we will take a look at it and bring something back on
Dec. 5th. (Emailed Anne Marie and will place on agenda)
