A RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the attached certified Order from the Chief Judge of the Muscogee
County Superior Court has been received;
WHEREAS, the Order appoints the Circuit Judges for the Juvenile Court of the
Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 15-11-18 and sets
the salaries of these Circuit Judges;
WHEREAS, Columbus Council must approve the compensation of the Circuit Judges
pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 15-11-18.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
We hereby approve the compensation of the Circuit Judges of the Juvenile Court
of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit as set by the attached certified Order of
the Muscogee County Superior Court as of September 30, 2011.
